- 1 1/2 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish

- Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear steak cubes for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Pour over steak in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours until steak is tender but not overcooked.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice, potatoes, or vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, sear the steak cubes in batches to avoid overcrowding. Adjust honey to your desired sweetness.
