Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Instructions

  1. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear steak cubes for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to the slow cooker.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Pour over steak in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours until steak is tender but not overcooked.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice, potatoes, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, sear the steak cubes in batches to avoid overcrowding. Adjust honey to your desired sweetness.
