- 1 package (16 oz) frozen pierogis
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Add frozen pierogis, sliced kielbasa, and diced onion to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, milk, garlic, cheddar cheese (reserve 1/4 cup), paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over pierogis and kielbasa.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1.5–2 hours, until pierogis are tender.
- Sprinkle reserved cheddar cheese on top and cook 10–15 more minutes until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
You can add sautéed mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
