- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

- Add green beans, chopped onion, and garlic to the bottom of the crockpot.
- Place sliced kielbasa on top of the vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper over the top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until green beans are tender.
- Stir gently before serving to combine flavors.
- Optional: sprinkle red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
Notes
For added flavor, sear the kielbasa in a skillet before adding to the crockpot. Works well as a main dish or side. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
