- 1 lb ground beef
- 4–5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

- Brown ground beef in a skillet with onion and garlic; drain excess fat.
- Lightly grease the crockpot.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom.
- Add half of the beef mixture on top.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
- Pour half of the soup mixture over the layers.
- Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, beef, and soup mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add frozen corn, peas, or green beans for extra veggies. For a creamier texture, stir in a little sour cream before serving.
