- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

- Shred or slice beef as desired and stir gently to coat with sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Leftovers taste great the next day and can be frozen for later.
