Instructions
- Layer ingredients: Place chicken, potatoes, onion, garlic, and frozen vegetables into the crockpot. Pour in chicken broth and sprinkle with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Shred chicken: Remove chicken, shred with forks, then return it to the crockpot.
