- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

- Prep salmon: Pat salmon cubes dry. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Coat salmon cubes evenly in the flour mixture.
- Cook salmon: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Make honey garlic sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine: Return salmon bites to the skillet and toss gently in the sauce until coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately with rice or as an appetizer.
Notes
You can adjust sweetness or saltiness by changing the amount of honey and soy sauce. For extra crispiness, bake salmon bites at 425°F for 8–10 minutes instead of pan-frying.
