Instructions

- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set but still soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra chewiness, slightly underbake. You can add a pinch of sea salt on top for a sweet-salty contrast. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
