- 4 tablespoons butter
- Β½ cup sour cream
- Β½ cup milk (warm)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Β½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15β20 minutes.
- Drain and return to the pot. Add butter, milk, and sour cream.
- Mash until smooth and creamy, adjusting milk for desired texture.
- Stir in half of the cheese and bacon.
