- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika or Italian seasoning

- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream; simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in cooked pasta and shredded cheese until creamy and well combined.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
