- Add cheese: Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Combine: Add the cooked gnocchi and spinach (if using) to the skillet. Toss gently until everything is coated in the sauce.
- Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms, grilled chicken, or crispy bacon. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of pasta water or milk to loosen it.
