- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken, bacon, heavy cream, ranch dressing, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
- Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes more to let everything heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes. You can also make this dish ahead of time and reheat—add a splash of milk or cream when reheating to restore creaminess.
