- Cook beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Sauté aromatics: Add onion and cook 3–4 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cream and seasonings: Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or basil.
Notes
