- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place them in the baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C) and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley or chives before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables. For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits or sautéed mushrooms into the cream cheese mixture before baking.
