- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked egg noodles or rotini pasta
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs (optional topping)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (optional topping)
