- 1 bottle white wine (750 ml, such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur (optional)
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Sparkling water or soda (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, orange liqueur, and cranberry juice. Stir well.
- Add cranberries, orange, apple, and lemon slices.
- Sweeten with honey or simple syrup, if desired, and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add ice cubes and a splash of sparkling water or soda if desired.
- Serve chilled in glasses, garnished with fruit slices.
Notes
For a festive holiday version, add a few cinnamon sticks or star anise pods. Non-alcoholic option: replace wine and liqueur with grape juice and additional cranberry juice.
