  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

  4. Pour cranberry-orange mixture over chicken in the skillet.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10–15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is slightly thickened.
  6. Serve chicken topped with sauce and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can roast the chicken in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes instead of stovetop cooking. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2–3 days.
