- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1–2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- Crackers or toasted baguette slices, for serving
Instructions
- Pulse cranberries: In a food processor, pulse cranberries until finely chopped (not pureed).
- Mix salsa: Transfer to a bowl and stir in sugar, green onions, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
- Prepare base: Spread cream cheese evenly onto a serving platter or shallow dish.
- Top and serve: Spoon cranberry mixture over cream cheese and serve with crackers or baguette slices.
Notes
Make the cranberry topping a day ahead for best flavor. Adjust jalapeños to taste depending on your spice preference.
