- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or fresh, chopped)
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread a small amount of cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle cranberries on top.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, forming crescent shapes.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Optional: dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for best flavor. Can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Great for brunch or holiday gatherings.
