Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or fresh, chopped)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread a small amount of cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle cranberries on top.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, forming crescent shapes.
  6. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Optional: dust with powdered sugar before serving.
