These Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites are buttery, flaky, and filled with a sweet-tart cranberry and cream cheese mixture. Perfect for holiday appetizers or festive snacks, they’re quick and easy to make.

- 1 sheet refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread a small spoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each triangle, then sprinkle with chopped cranberries.
- Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, forming crescent shapes.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container. For extra flavor, use orange zest in the cream cheese mixture or swap dried cranberries for fresh.
