Ingredients

- 3 cups corn (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning (or homemade ranch mix)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayo, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
