  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 packets ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Green onions for garnish

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and black pepper over chicken.
  3. Add cream cheese cubes and chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Shred chicken with forks and stir well.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon.
  7. Cover and cook 10–15 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve.
