- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9Γ13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 20β25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve warm with bread, rice, or veggies.
