Description

These Crack Burgers are ultra-juicy, loaded with cheddar, bacon, and ranch seasoning, and packed with unbelievable flavor. They’re easy to make, perfect for grilling or pan-searing, and guaranteed to become your new favorite burger recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for binding)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ranch dressing, mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, egg, breadcrumbs (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized burger patties.
  4. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  6. Toast the burger buns if desired.
  7. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve warm.

Notes

For extra-juicy burgers, avoid pressing the patties while cooking. You can stuff extra cheese in the center for a molten cheese core. These burgers also work great with turkey or chicken mince.
