Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for binding)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ranch dressing, mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, egg, breadcrumbs (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized burger patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Toast the burger buns if desired.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve warm.
Notes
For extra-juicy burgers, avoid pressing the patties while cooking. You can stuff extra cheese in the center for a molten cheese core. These burgers also work great with turkey or chicken mince.
