- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

- Pour egg mixture evenly over the casserole, pressing gently to ensure the eggs soak into the hashbrowns.
- Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until top is golden and eggs are fully set.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be made the night before and baked in the morning for an easy breakfast or brunch. Swap cheddar with pepper jack for a spicy twist.
