  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • Optional toppings: green onions, extra cheese, or diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the hash browns.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the hash browns, bacon, and cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight or bake immediately.
  7. Bake covered for 40 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until the top is golden and eggs are set.
