These Creamy Crab Crescent Bites are a buttery, flaky appetizer filled with a rich crab and cream cheese mixture. Baked to golden perfection, they’re the perfect handheld treat for entertaining or snacking!

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked lump crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley or paprika, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Filling: In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, crab meat, mayo, Dijon, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy and well combined.
- Shape the Dough: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a heaping teaspoon of crab filling on the wide end of each triangle and roll up gently.
- Bake: Place rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with parsley or a pinch of paprika. Serve warm with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Make ahead tip: Assemble and refrigerate before baking. You can also substitute with canned crab or imitation crab. Add shredded cheddar or a dash of hot sauce for a bold twist!
