- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley for garnish

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté 30 seconds.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, chili flakes, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Return chicken to skillet and toss with sauce.
- Add pasta and mix until fully coated.
Notes
Great with shrimp or steak instead of chicken. Add spinach or tomatoes for color and freshness.
