Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon garlic powder or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and stir in oat flour, baking powder, salt, and any optional seasonings.
  4. Scoop batter onto parchment and spread into a thin oval or rectangle (about ¼-inch thick).
