These Copycat Big Mac Sliders capture the iconic flavors of the classic burger in a fun, mini format. Juicy beef patties, special sauce, cheese, lettuce, and pickles come together perfectly on soft slider buns.

- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 slices American cheese, halved
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 12 dill pickle slices
- Special Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form ground beef into 12 small, thin patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through.
- While patties cook, mix all special sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Slice slider buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.
- Assemble sliders: bottom bun, special sauce, lettuce, onion, pickle, beef patty, cheese slice, top bun.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
These sliders can be doubled up to mimic the real Big Mac with two patties per slider. Prepare sauce ahead of time for easier assembly.
