- For the Cookies
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 14–16 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- Extra Oreo pieces
- Chopped white chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop 2–3 tbsp dough balls onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, or until edges are set but centers look soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra bakery-style thickness, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Gently press extra Oreo pieces on top before baking for a picture-perfect finish. These cookies stay soft for days!
