- 1 cup coconut water (chilled)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1–2 tbsp honey or simple syrup
- 1/4 tsp culinary lavender (or 1 tsp lavender syrup)
- 1/2 cup cold water or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices & lavender sprig for garnish

- Infuse lavender: Add lavender to 2 tbsp warm water and let steep 3–5 minutes, then strain.
- In a glass or shaker, combine lemon juice and honey (or syrup) and stir until dissolved.
- Add coconut water and the lavender infusion.
- Fill glass with ice and pour mixture over it.
- Top with still or sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with lemon slices and a lavender sprig.
- Serve immediately chilled.
Notes
Adjust lavender carefully — too much can taste bitter or soapy. For a creamier version, add a splash of coconut milk. Chill all ingredients beforehand for the most refreshing flavor.
