Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil or melted butter and sea salt.
- Spread seeds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until seeds are golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
For extra flavor, experiment with spices like cinnamon sugar, smoked paprika, or chili powder. Keep seeds airtight to maintain crunch.
