Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 12 cups sparkling water or soda
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, mix red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the sliced orange, lemon, lime, and diced apple. Stir gently.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  4. Before serving, top with sparkling water or soda.
  5. Serve chilled over ice with fruit slices.
