This Classic Pumpkin Pie is creamy, perfectly spiced, and the ultimate fall dessert! 🎃 Ideal for Thanksgiving or any autumn celebration, it features a buttery crust and rich pumpkin filling that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, sugars, spices, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually whisk in evaporated milk and vanilla until fully combined.
  5. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40–50 minutes, until set.
  7. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
  8. Optional: Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

💡 Tip: Avoid overbaking — the center should have a slight jiggle for creamy texture. Pie is best served chilled or at room temperature.
