- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Arrange pecan halves evenly in the unbaked pie crust.
- Pour the filling mixture over the pecans.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes, until the center is set and slightly puffed.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
