- 1 avocado, sliced

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Optional: sour cream or Greek yogurt for topping

- Remove steak from heat and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Assemble bowls with rice as the base.
- Top with sliced steak, tomatoes, avocado, corn, and fresh cilantro.
- Add optional sour cream or yogurt and serve with extra lime wedges.
