  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice or cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, salsa, shredded cheese

  3. Prepare bowls: Divide cooked rice among bowls. Top with black beans, corn, and avocado slices.
  4. Assemble: Slice steak against the grain and place over bowls. Drizzle with any remaining marinade or lime juice.
  5. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with remaining cilantro and optional toppings. Serve warm.

Notes
