- 2 cups cooked rice or cauliflower rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 avocado, sliced

- Prepare bowls: Divide cooked rice among bowls. Top with black beans, corn, and avocado slices.
- Assemble: Slice steak against the grain and place over bowls. Drizzle with any remaining marinade or lime juice.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with remaining cilantro and optional toppings. Serve warm.
