- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat until warm and slightly thickened.
- Toss baked meatballs in the cranberry glaze until fully coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh rosemary or parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the glaze. These meatballs can be made ahead and reheated in the glaze before serving.
