  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat until warm and slightly thickened.
  6. Toss baked meatballs in the cranberry glaze until fully coated.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh rosemary or parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the glaze. These meatballs can be made ahead and reheated in the glaze before serving.
