- 1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and completely dry
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate (chips or chopped bar)
- 4 oz white chocolate or milk chocolate (optional, for drizzle)
- Sprinkles, crushed nuts, or coconut (optional)

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, coating most of the berry.
- Let excess chocolate drip off, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, melt white or milk chocolate and drizzle over the strawberries.
- Add sprinkles or toppings before the chocolate sets.
- Let strawberries set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
- Serve once chocolate is fully set.
Notes
Make sure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to prevent the chocolate from seizing. Best enjoyed the same day they are made.
