  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

  4. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth. You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness. Leftovers store well in the fridge for 3–4 days.
