  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works well)
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

  4. Stir in shredded chicken, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add noodles: Add egg noodles and simmer 8–10 minutes until noodles are tender.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice just before serving. If storing leftovers, keep noodles separate to prevent them from becoming mushy.
