- 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup cooked crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Without separating the rolls, slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Sprinkle chopped bacon over the chicken.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, maple syrup, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush the maple-butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 8β10 minutes until golden and melty.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
