- 4 small round bread loaves (sourdough or bakery rolls)
- 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing bread)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for bread bowls)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off each bread loaf and hollow out the centers to form bowls. Place on a baking sheet.
- Brush the inside of each bread bowl with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and heat through.
- Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture into the garlic bread bowls.
- Top each bowl with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!

💡 Tip: Add spinach, broccoli, or mushrooms to the Alfredo for extra flavor! You can also use leftover rotisserie chicken to make this even easier.
