- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, barbecue sauce, and lemon juice.
- Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add the paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture and continue to stir until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the ingredients to your liking. You can add more honey for sweetness or more barbecue sauce for smokiness.
- Once the sauce is well balanced to your taste, cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.
