Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheeses over the cauliflower and return to the oven for 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes
