- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–25 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving a small border.
- Layer mozzarella cheese and pepperoni over the sauce.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into 1–1.5 inch pieces.
- Place roll ups cut side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Optional: sprinkle Parmesan on top before serving. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
You can customize with cooked sausage, mushrooms, or peppers. These can also be made ahead and baked just before serving.
