  • 1 3/4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • Optional toppings: sliced pickles, chopped parsley, ketchup

  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic, salt, and pepper; cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  5. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake 3–5 more minutes until melted.

Notes
