- 1 package (9–12 oz) cheese tortellini, cooked and drained
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 20–25 slices pepperoni, halved
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: fresh basil or parsley

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, sautéed onion and garlic, pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
Notes
You can add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor. Substitute turkey pepperoni for a leaner version.
