- 1 jar salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 can black beans (rinsed)
- For 5-Ingredient Pot Roast:
- 2β3 lb chuck roast
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 lb baby potatoes
Instructions
- BBQ Chicken: Add chicken to the crockpot. Mix BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over chicken. Cook on LOW 6β7 hours or HIGH 3β4 hours. Shred and serve.
- Salsa Chicken: Add chicken, corn, beans, salsa, and taco seasoning to the crockpot. Cook on LOW 6β7 hours or HIGH 3β4 hours. Shred and serve with rice or tortillas.
- Pot Roast: Place roast in the crockpot. Add carrots and potatoes. Spread mushroom soup over top, then sprinkle onion soup mix. Cook on LOW 8 hours or until roast is tender.
