    • 1 packet taco seasoning
    • 1 can corn (drained)
    • 1 can black beans (rinsed)

 

  • For 5-Ingredient Pot Roast:
  • 2–3 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1 lb baby potatoes

Instructions

  1. BBQ Chicken: Add chicken to the crockpot. Mix BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over chicken. Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours. Shred and serve.
  2. Salsa Chicken: Add chicken, corn, beans, salsa, and taco seasoning to the crockpot. Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours. Shred and serve with rice or tortillas.
  3. Pot Roast: Place roast in the crockpot. Add carrots and potatoes. Spread mushroom soup over top, then sprinkle onion soup mix. Cook on LOW 8 hours or until roast is tender.
